I’m a black woman (she/her) and licensed therapist with over 9 years and 10,000+ hours experience of "deep dive" therapy work with amazing clients all around the world. I’m also a solution-focused mental health coach dedicated to helping my amazing clients, and YOU, overcome anxiety, depression, and relationship trauma.
I believe the sweet spot to living life with more clarity, joy, and fierce confidence is the trifecta of 1) positive mental health and relationships, paired with daily efforts for 2) stress management and 3) slaying perfectionism.
